Mental Health

Mental health is something we all have

But sometimes it’s hard to see

It can be happy or sad, just like any other feeling

And it’s okay to not be okay

Mental health is important to take care of

Just like our physical health

We need to exercise and eat right

And get enough sleep at night

If we don’t take care of our mental health

It can lead to problems down the road

We might not be able to concentrate in school

Or keep a job that we love

So let’s talk about mental health

And break the stigma that surrounds it

It’s time to open up and share

Our stories, our hopes, and our fears

Mental health is something we all have
